Dragos manages several projects within Master Chem Oil Group. Since joining the team in 2017, he acted asca Project Manager within Master Chem Oil Group company JetFly Hub for Agigea terminal and oversaw implementation of specific legislation required by the Romanian Civil & Military Aviation Authority.

He also managed the creation of an SVP for the construction of an oil terminal in the Port of Constanta, and acted as a consultant on the quality control, ISO implementation and aviation fuel.

Prior to joining Master Chem Oil Group, he has enjoyed an extensive 35 years’ career in various roles project managing, executing and implementing various facility and technical developments in Romania.

Dragos is an engineer by training, having graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – Aircraft University Field: Propulsion Systems. He also holds several international diplomas within engineering, airport safety, facility and building management.

Simona is an accomplished Project Manager with focus on operations. She has been entrusted to lead and supervise projects within Master Chem Oil Group since 2009. Simona directed and managed green field investment projects in the Port of Constanta, from defining the project scope, deliverables, budget and timelines, to representing the company in front of investors and state authorities.

She was previously a Member of International Operations Department for petroleum products and held various managerial positions in a global financial institution of Dutch origin as well as several private companies in Romania.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Laws of the University of Bucharest, Simona uses her legal knowledge in negotiating complex commercial contracts with the state as well as European institutions. In addition, she holds an Economics degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and an Executive Master for Business Administration degree from University of Washington Business School & Asebuss Romania.

George acts as a Financial Accounting Manager of the Master Chem Oil Group. He is responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations, journal entries as well as completion of all financial reports. He oversees the general accounting and works with external auditors during reviews and audits of the Group.

As a CPA with wide experience in a broad range of financial and accounting roles in various Romanian companies, George’s expertise lies in financial controls, budget management, payroll, reporting and consolidation processes. He has a proven ability to manage cash flow effectively, guide companies through the financial planning cycle, and instil accountability in management.

George completed his training in CECCAR, the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, and he is also a Licensed Economist having graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Ana Maria is a petrochemical engineer with over 5 years’ experience. She works in the technical department of JetFly Hub, Master Chem Oil Group company, and is responsible for quality, environment and waste management.

She also overseas marketing, coordination and storage of energy products at the Group, optimizing the process of receipt and delivery as well as implementing other activities related to projects on site.

Ana Maria holds a Bachelor’s as well as a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oil – Gas Ploiesti in Romania, having graduated from the Faculty of Petroleum Technology and Petrochemistry.

David Bergman manages the Commercial and Business Development for the delivery of fuels in CMEA.

David has more than 2 decades of experience in Commodity Trading and Business Development having previously worked in Singapore and Zug for a global Trader in Oil and Metals.

Utilizing this experience and market familiarity, David focuses daily on expanding and increasing MCO’s position with end users in the region utilizing MCO’s Storage and Logistics solutions to provide the clients with a complete package.

David is a graduate of the University of Chicago having concentrated on History and Slavic Languages.
